Manufacturer impacts will be evaluated also and DOE will employ a modified version of its Industry Cash Flow model adapted to this particular product type to calculate the manufacturing NPV. DOE will also examine the impact of these proposals on small businesses as well as other manufacturing subgroups to determine those who are likely to be affected.
